		<description>I thought that the fund was protected by the state constitution and if so then they couldn&#039;t do even if they wanted to.  I guess I am wrong.  That fund alone has done more for the outdoors than anything else in this state.  If they do that then our law makers are showing us how much they value the outdoors.  I sure hope common sense prevails.  Heck we already have one of the highest taxes on gas in the country and I though that money was suppose to go toward road repair.  If our state would spend the money to maintain the roads instead of letting them fall apart then they wouldn&#039;t be in the position they are in now.</description>
