Obama Questions Potential Employees About Their Guns

     vs.

A job questionnaire for the Obama administration should be a cause for concern for gun owners in America. In a news article by the U.S. Sportsman’s Alliance showed what should be a fore shadowing of what is to come from this administration as it starts to form its place in history. Even CNN’s website mentioned it along with the rest of the questionnaire.

According to the article the Obama administration has a questionnaire that must be filled out by all people wishing to obtain a job in the new administration. Question #59 is the one that raises a red flag for gun owners. It asks specifically “Do you or anyone in your immediate family own a gun? If so provide complete ownership and registration information. Has the registration ever lapsed? Please also describe how and by whom it is used and whether it has been the cause of any personal injuries or property damage.”

Since when is gun ownership a condition of employment? Why should the fact that someone owns a gun be a reason for hiring or not hiring someone for a job? This goes to show individuals and sportsmen and women just what the new administration intends to do with gun owners. Obama is requiring everyone to list their guns and their registration information along with who uses them and how they are used! Does this not scare the hell out of anyone? It sure does me! Can you say BIG BROTHER!

Any handgun sale is automatically registered by law, and all gun purchases that are not sold by private individuals require a federal background check which is another way of gun registration even though they say they don’t keep the records. So why does Barak need to know about his employees guns?

People now is the time we need to stand united in a front against such atrocities against our Second Amendment Freedoms! Join the NRA TODAY! This is the one group who continually fights for our rights in Washington D.C. If not today then when? It only takes $10 for a general membership per year! This is a small price to pay for having someone carry your voice to Washington. Each and every person who signs up makes that voice louder and louder for this new administration to hear. Make sure the House and the Senate also hear our voices loud and clear. Once the inauguration takes place things will begin to happen quickly! So don’t wait to join, do it now or your employer may just ask you what guns do YOU have and what do YOU use them for, and are they registered? Does this sound scary to you, IT SHOULD!

Before the election, I got a lot of grief about my views on Obama and his policies and so has most everyone I know that fells the same. Unfortuneatly, I feel a big “I told you so” comming on. I just hope it’s an “I told you he would TRY to destroy our rights” and not “I told you he WOULD destroy our rights”.

The NRA is our best hope. And I, for one, spend more than $10 a WEEK in just hunting munchies, so that shouldn’t be a problem. And with Christmas coming up, what beter gift to give than a membership to the NRA!

I also caught greif becuase I didn’t support Obama in the election. Especially when I said that one of the main reasons I didn’t support him is becuase of his views on gun ownership. Gun ownership is one thing that I am very passionate about. Heck even my kids knew who I supported in the election and why. When my youngest son heard that Obama won he said there goes dad owning guns. Hopefully that won’t happen but I am with Chuck I hope that I will be saying that I told you he would try and not that I told you that he would. Personally if I had to fill out that question on a job application I would leave it blank. Then if they didn’t hire me becuase I left it blank so be it becuase it would not be a place that I would want to work.

IT would be interesting to find out if anyone in his new office actually answers that question truthfully… I would think that if you didn’t get hired because of it you could bring a law suit into action.

anyways, I’m pretty sure that someone broke into my home and stole all my guns, I can’t seem to find them anymore…

    4. Tim Says:

Man you know what someone just broke into my house and stole all of my guns also.

I rejoined the NRA on Friday when a nice lady called me up and resold me on why I should join. I didn’t need to be sold just renudged. Folks, I am a military man and speaking for like minded folks in my organization – we urge you to join the NRA or one of the other pro 2nd amendment groups. As all the great guys posting before said for such little money we each spend it helps great things and ideas in Washington. It takes combined moneys to fight the anti crowd and we must never stop fighting for our rights so many have died for over the past +230 years.
We all remember history and know it repeats it’s ugly self too often. The Clinton gun laws were easy for most of us to recall. I didn’t like them and don’t want to see them again or any other version of what a liberal will try to tell me about my rights under the U.S. Constitution. I know when Hitler first took power the folks (sheep) following the leader felt – well, maybe we can live with gun control. What about Stalin? and many others of the past that placed gun control on the people to secure their own evil empire and make it hard to overthrow them once in power. Sorry, I am not a history teacher but we know the lessons of our past and lessons of other countries too. I would rather continue our right to keep and bear arms now than have to refight the fights of our revolutionairy forefathers. I might be a little red around the top of the shirt but I don’t consider that to be an uneducated so called redneck view. If it is and I must be labled……well, so be it. I like my freedom and the ability to defend my castle, grounds and most of all my family from certain hazards that nobody else can protect us from. The law enforcement community is shrinking due to the economy and response times are often unreal, no fault of the officer’s working these unreal work loads. Again, and in closing…. If you can join a good pro 2nd group, please do it for yourself and your family. Also buy another American made gun, train with it, teach safety to your family about it and lastly……….Don’t Be The Victim.. Rise and shine……self defense is a God given right even in the liberal times we find ourselves in…. Wow, Ok… Hope I haven’t went on too long and too much…. It just is that important to me….and you too….. Shoot Straight and Good Hunting….. Rog

    6. Arthur Says:

I tell you, it definitely scares the hell out of me. This administration – I think anyway – is going to be one of the worst when it comes to pro-gun rights.

If you haven’t already, now is definitely time to join the NRA. Do it now before it’s too late.

    7. Employment Questionnaire Says:

Obama administration is always great. His policy’s are always for future growth of nation. So i hope people just wait! thanks for sharing!!
