I reccomend a GPS. A indoor archery range is pretty bulky in the woods… ;D

I won’t say that I never go out in the woods hunting without a compass. when I don’t I am hunting an area that I have hunted for 20 years and know that if I walk two or 3 miles in any direction I will hit a road and from that point I know how to get back to my truck. If I am hunting anywhere else I always have a compass and my GPS with fresh batteries. Although having a compass doesn’t do you any good if you don’t kow how to use so everyone should take the time to learn how to use one if the don’t know how.
