Happy 4th of July

I just wanted to stop in and wish everyone a happy 4th of July this evening. We just came back from our local fireworks event, and tomorrow we are heading out with the kids to hit the river. We are going to try to catch the cats again. Hopefully we can catch enough catfish for dinner tomorrow night. Hope you all had a great holiday weekend.
Good luck buddy and Happy Independence Day! I got up at 4 and hunted for a few hours, sitting in the rain, dug into some wet bushes and came home soaked to the skin. Nadda. Nothing but I did stumble on a deer and a bunch of rabbits and squirrels. Took a nap and went to a picnic at noon. I’ll be out again in a few hours at 4am Sat. in another location. I’ll figure out where they are yet! At the picnic I was told that they have a couple yotes that show up every day from the adjacent park. They know where you can’t blast’m. They’ll slip up eventually and I’ll get them
