I don't think that the farmers should be able to sell tags to take animals that they don't own. Now if they want to lease their land out for hunting then that is their choice since they own the land, although I personally don't like the trend towards leasing out land. I think it limits places that people can hunt, unless you have money to spend to lease the land, but it is thier land and they have a right do with it what they want but they don't own the wild animals on their land so they should have no right to sell the tags.
