Michigan Bear & Elk Permit Draw Results Available

    If you put in for a Michigan Bear or Elk permit this year, the results of the draw are now available. You can check your results online by clicking here.
     Hopefully you were lucky enough to draw a coveted tag for the Michigan Black Bear or the Mighty Wapiti better known as the Elk. The Elk tags were doubled this year up to 330 tags available. No one in my group obtained either one, so good luck.
After a little internet searching, reading, and checking up on this stuff I found it’s a pretty well established product in Canada and hails from Quebec where they have this funny habit of speaking a lot of French. Thus the name, Jig-A-Loo, and the company’s claim it derives from a saying they have up north, “I’ve got it!”
